Productattributen configureren voor Paazl Checkout

De Paazl Checkout Widget gebruikt Magento productattributen om verzendrelevante gegevens (afmetingen, gewicht, land van herkomst, HS-code, verwerkingstijd, delivery matrix) naar Paazl te sturen.
De module maakt deze attributen niet automatisch aan — je kunt alleen bestaande catalogusattributen koppelen aan de velden die Paazl verwacht.

Als de dropdowns onder Stores → Configuration → Sales → Paazl → Product Attributes of Product Sizes alleen “None” tonen, betekent dit dat de benodigde attributen nog niet bestaan in je catalogus. Volg de stappen hieronder om ze toe te voegen.

1. Welke attributen de module verwacht

Let op: Gewicht gebruikt Magento’s standaard weight attribuut — geen setup nodig.
Let op: "Country of Manufacture" en "HS Code" kunnen ook als statische waarde worden ingesteld in de Paazl configuratie.

2. Attributen aanmaken in Magento

Voor elk attribuut dat je nodig hebt:

1. Ga naar Stores → Attributes → Product → Add New Attribute
2. Vul in:
   • Default Label — bijvoorbeeld "Length"
   • Catalog Input Type — Text Field voor decimalen/tekst, Integer voor processing days
   • Values Required — meestal No
3. Ga naar Advanced Attribute Properties:
   • Attribute Code — bijvoorbeeld length
   • Scope — Global (aanbevolen)
4. Ga naar Storefront Properties:
   • Used in Product Listing — No
   • Visible on Catalog Pages on Storefront — No
5. Klik op Save Attribute

Herhaal dit voor alle benodigde attributen.

3. Attributen toevoegen aan Attribute Set

1. Ga naar Stores → Attributes → Attribute Set
2. Open de attribute set (meestal Default)
3. Sleep de nieuwe attributen van Unassigned Attributes naar een groep (bijv. "Paazl" of "Shipping")
4. Klik op Save

Gebruik je meerdere attribute sets? Herhaal dit voor elke set.

4. Koppelen in Paazl configuratie

1. Ga naar Stores → Configuration → Sales → Paazl → Product Attributes / Product Sizes
2. Selecteer per dropdown het juiste attribuut
3. Stel Dimensions Metric in (cm / mm / m / in)
4. Klik Save Config en flush cache:

   bin/magento cache:flush config
   

5. Waarden invullen op producten

1. Ga naar Catalog → Products
2. Vul lengte, breedte, hoogte, gewicht, HS-code, etc. in
3. Sla op

Voor grote catalogi: gebruik CSV import (System → Data Transfer → Import)

Producten zonder waarden sturen simpelweg geen data naar Paazl.

6. Verifiëren

1. Voeg product toe aan winkelwagen
2. Ga naar checkout
3. Check network tab → Paazl request payload
4. Controleer of length, width, height, weight aanwezig zijn

Troubleshooting

• Dropdowns tonen alleen "None"
  → attribuut niet zichtbaar (is_visible = 1)

• Attribuut zichtbaar maar geen waarde in Paazl
  → niet gekoppeld aan attribute set of geen waarde ingevuld

• Verkeerde units in Paazl
  → check Dimensions Metric

• Internationale zending faalt
  → HS Code of Country of Manufacture ontbreekt
