Aan de Slag met Magento 2 KatanaPIM koppeling

Verbind uw KatanaPIM Connect extensie en voer uw eerste synchronisatie uit.

Vereisten

Zorg voordat u begint dat u het volgende heeft:

• Module geïnstalleerd en ingeschakeld
• Admin toegang tot Magento
• KatanaPIM account met API credentials (URL en API Key)
• Werkende Magento cron (voor automatische sync)

Stap 1: Schakel de Module In

1. Ga naar Katana PIM → Configuration (of Stores → Configuration → Katana PIM → General)
2. In de General sectie, zet Enabled op Yes
3. Klik op Save Config

Stap 2: Verbind met KatanaPIM API

1. Navigeer naar de API sectie
2. Voer uw URL in (uw KatanaPIM instance URL)
3. Voer uw API Key in (van uw KatanaPIM account)
4. Klik op Test Credentials om de verbinding te verifiëren
5. Klik op Save Config

Stap 3: Configureer Store Taalmapping

1. Ga naar de Store Languages sectie
2. Map uw KatanaPIM taalcodes naar Magento store views
3. Gebruik default (kleine letters) om KatanaPIM's standaardtaal te mappen
4. Klik op Save Config

Taalcodes vinden: Ga in KatanaPIM naar Configuration > Languages om alle beschikbare talen en hun codes te zien (bijv. nl-NL, en-US, fr-FR).

Stap 4: Importeer Eerst Attributen

Voordat u producten importeert, moet u attributen importeren en mappen:

1. Ga naar Katana PIM → Attributes
2. Klik op de Import Attributes knop
3. Wacht tot de import is voltooid
4. Voor elk attribuut, gebruik inline edit om:
   • De Magento Attribute Code te selecteren om naar te mappen
   • Zet Is Configurable op Yes voor variant-attributen
5. Markeer ongewenste attributen als Skipped

Stap 5: Importeer Categorieën (Optioneel)

Als u categorieën wilt importeren vanuit PIM:

1. Ga naar Katana PIM → Product Data in configuratie
2. Schakel Category Import in indien gewenst
3. Ga naar Katana PIM → Categories
4. Klik op de Import Categories knop
5. Selecteer categorieën en gebruik Update/Create Magento Category massa-actie

Stap 6: Voer Uw Eerste Product Sync Uit

Optie A - Via Admin:

1. Ga naar Katana PIM → Products
2. Klik op de Full Sync knop
3. Wacht tot producten zijn geïmporteerd
4. Selecteer producten en gebruik Update/Create Magento Products massa-actie

Optie B - Via CLI:

# Importeer alles (attributen, categorieën, producten, assets)
bin/magento katana:import:full

# Importeer alleen producten
bin/magento katana:import:full --products

Stap 7: Schakel Automatisering In (Optioneel)

1. Ga naar Katana PIM → Automation in configuratie
2. Zet Enable Automation op Yes
3. Configureer:
   • Auto create new products - Yes/No
   • Auto create new categories - Yes/No
   • Full Update frequentie (bijv. dagelijks)
   • Incremental Update frequentie (bijv. elke 4 uur)
4. Klik op Save Config

Verifieer Uw Setup

1. Controleer Katana PIM → Products grid voor geïmporteerde producten
2. Verifieer producten in Catalog → Products met correcte data
3. Controleer Katana PIM → Sync Log voor eventuele fouten
